Do you want to join our on-line support group and message board?

As a patient of the Colorado Bariatric Surgery institute you are invited to join our other patients in a 24 hour a day message board that will allow you to chat with each other, receive reminders about support groups and upcoming events and participate in our new on-line support group every month.

If you are interested and have Internet access and a personal e-mail account please follow the directions below:

• Go into your personal e-mail account and compose a new message to the
  following address- healthy_us_cbsi-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. and in the
  message area simply type “please add me”.
• In about 1-10 minutes you should receive an e-mail back from yahoo groups
  inviting you to become a member of our group. Click on the link in option
  number one which will bring you to a new page and then click on join the
  group in the gray box in the middle of the screen
• On the right side of the screen is a gray box that asks you to sign into yahoo.
  Select the sign up link and you will then have to enter your information and
  create a password. An e-mail will be sent to your personal e-mail account and
  you will then need to open that e-mail and activate your yahoo password.
• Once activated you will be placed on a yahoo groups webpage where you will
  need to sign in with your new yahoo!ID and password then click sign in
• A “Join this group” page will appear. Scroll down and select the e-mail account
  you wish to use by clicking in the circle. There is no need to place a comment
  in the comment to owner box so just skip this. Under message delivery you
  must decide whether you want the messages from other group members sent to your e-mail account or if you just want to go to the website at your leisure to
  read what has been written. In the message format area you can choose either
  option. Type in the word verification and then your password on the next
  screen and press sign in.
• Within a week you will receive an e-mail inviting you to join us at
  healthy_us_cbsi message board and support group
