LouAnn is the CBSI medical receptionist and your first contact with our bariatric team. She helps prospective patients schedule appointments. Provides them with a timeline of what to expect throughout their weight-loss journey. She helps to prepare patients for their appointments before and after surgery. Also skilled at coordinating the schedules of multidisciplinary team members across the board. Arranging the patient consults with CBSI, LouAnn has been instrumental to the team since 2011.
